Sweet & Sour Chickpeas!

Sweet and sour chickpeas (2)

Sauce:

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp light soy sauce

2 tbsp rice wine vinegar

1 tbsp tomato paste

1/2 tbsp cornflour

2 tbsp water

The rest:

clove of garlic, minced

Oil/water to sautée

1can chickpeas

1can peas

Sesame seeds to serve

brown rice to serve

Method:

1)stir sauce ingredients together in a mug/bowl

2)Sautée garlic for 2 minutes till softened, Add chickpeas, peas and sauce- cook for 5 mins till sauce thickens then serve!
