Of course I’ve only just gotten into smoothie bowls now summer is over! I'm now using any sunny day as an excuse to make on before it turns cold and grey !
Ingredients:
-3 frozen bananas
-1 tbsp natural peanut butter
-1 cup blueberries
- splash of almond milk to get the blender going
*BLEND*
For topping: peanut butter, more berries/banana, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds
