Chickpea Cookie Dough

Serves 3

* 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed * 1/3 cup peanut butter * 1/8 cup maple syrup * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 1/2 tsp salt * 1/4 cup almond flour (or 3 tbsp all purpose flour) * 100g black chocolate, i used @greenandblacks 85% cocoa, chopped. METHOD: 1. Combine everything in the food processor EXCEPT THE CHOCOLATE. 2. Stir in chocolate!!!
