Chipotle Black Bean Burritos


Chipotle Black Bean Burritos 🌯 (4)

* 1 can black beans

* 1 tbsp chitpotle paste

* 1 can chopped Toms

* 1 tbsp oil

* 1 garlic clove, minced

* 300g cooked rice * 4 wholewheat tortillas

Optional (but highly recommended):

* Spinach

* Handful of coriander * Avocado

* Sirarcha sauce

METHOD:

1. Heat the oil and garlic in a pan for about 3 mins.

2. Add the chopped tomatoes and chipotle paste, let this cook for about 7-10 minutes till the sauce thickens. Add the black beans at the last moment and cook for a min.

3. Make a burrito with the beans, cooked rice (stir in some fresh coriander with the rice- game changer), spinach, avocado, sriracha and anything else you like!
