Makes 15 Cookies.
INGREDIENTS:
* 11/2 cup oats
* 1 cup flour * 1 tsp baking soda * 1 tsp cinnamon * 1/2 tsp salt * 1 cup sugar (I used brown) * 1/2 cup margarine * 3 tbsp maple syrup OR 1 tbsp honey * 2 tbsp plant milk of choice * 100g dairy free chocolate chips METHOD: * Preheat over to 180*C * Mix all dry ingredients EXCEPT sugar and chocolate in a large bowl * Mix margarine, sugar and vanilla extract in a separate bowl * Add the wet to the dry ingredients, use your hands to knead the dough. Once the dough has a good texture (if too liquify add more flour, if too dry milk) add the chocolate chips and mix! * Roll into little balls, this makes about 15 cookies. Place on baking tray and bake for 15 mins!
