These oat flour bad boys are vegan, gf and the perfect hangover cure!! I topped mine with extra apple sauce, maple syrup and some berries Of course! These feel particularly healthy because they’re made out of oats! So kind of like having a super naughty porridge!
Ingredients:
-1 cup oats, blended into a flour
-2 tbsp apple sauce (i pre made mine the night before (by boiling 2 peeled gala apples with 1 tsp sugar and 1/4 tsp cinnamon with just enough water to cover the bottom. Boil for 10-15 mins then mash) -2 tsp baking powder
-1/4 tsp cinnamon
-1/2 cup plant milk
-1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
-2 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
-vegan butter to grease the pan
Method:
1. Cook on medium heat, you know when to flip them when they start bubbling!
