Peach and Fig Overnight Oats


I love switching up the fruit I use in my overnight oats, as long as I soak the oats with fruit and plenty of cinnamon I don’t usually need to add any sweetener when I heat it up the next morning. Just add all the ingredients in a mason jar (or bowl with cling film on top- anything with a lid!) then store in fridge overnight!


Ingredients:

-1/2 cup oats

-1/2 cup plant milk

-generous handful of raisins

-cinnamon to taste

-1 chopped/mashed peach

-1 fig for topping
