Peanut Butter Tofu Sandwich

Makes 1 Sandwich

Ingredients:

-2 slices wholemeal bread

-100g tofu

-1 tbsp maple syrup

-2 tbsp natural peanut butter

Method:

1. slather some brown bread with peanut butter on both sides

2. get 1/2 a block of tofu (about 100g) and fry it on low/medium heat on a pan, you can use 1tbsp of maple syrup or water in the pan, just make sure to sprinkle a ton of cinnamon on top of the tofu while it cooks!

3. make sure tofu is golden and smack it in between the bread ❤
