Ingredients:
•Shiitake mushroom pasta
•pack of shiitake mushrooms (250g)
•1 garlic clove
•1/4 cup plant milk (I used almond)
•1 tbsp flour
•1 cup nutritional yeast
•2 tbsp soy/tamari
•150g pasta of choice
•handful of spinach
METHOD:
1. Cook pasta while you..
2. Sautée mushroom garlic and soy for 5-7 mins, then add milk, nutritional yeast, flour and the cooked pasta
3.Stir for 2 minutes while adding in spinach, let spinach wilt then serve!
