Sweet Potato Smoothie Bowl

Cut 2 small sweet potatoes into chunks and roasted them for half an hour the night before, then blend them the next morning with 1 cup almond milk, 2 tbsp maple syrup and 1/4 tsp cinnamon! Topped with banana and flax seed!
